One of our early ideas for our final deliverable. We were really into the idea of showing wear over time, a concept that was incorporated into our final design.

By the middle of the quarter, my group had decided we wanted to make a jewelry box that preserved a “story.”

ADORÉ


Adoré is a multigenerational jewelry box intended to protect a cherished piece of jewelry from the elements, visually preserve generations of wear through patina of the copper shell, and tactilely remind the user of the original owner through fingerprints engraved into the surface of the box.
